We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.We are looking for a multitasker who is organized, fast, and able to manage multiple client accounts at the same time, with the ability to develop content and campaign strategies aimed at increasing sales and reaching the right target customers.Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.- Prepare monthly content plans and write captions, post ideas, and Reels concepts.- Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads; knowledge of TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a plus.- Define target audiences and optimize campaigns to generate sales, leads, messages, or website visits.- Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports.- Coordinate with the design and video editing teams to execute content and campaigns.Skills- Previous experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within an advertising agency.- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.- Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.- Good marketing copywriting skills.- Good understanding of analytics and KPIs such as Reach, Engagement, Leads, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.- Commitment to deadlines and ability to work under pressure.Candidates are preferred to send samples of previously managed accounts or campaigns.
