Core Responsibilities1. Content Planning & Strategy• Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals• Define content pillars and posting schedules for each platform• Align social media plans with campaigns, launches, and promotions2. Content Creation & Publishing• Create or coordinate creation of posts (images, videos, reels, stories, carousels)• Write engaging captions, CTAs, and hashtags• Ensure content follows brand tone of voice and visual guidelines• Publish content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X3. Community Management• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, professional way• Engage with followers to build relationships and loyalty• Monitor conversations and manage basic customer inquiries4. Performance Tracking & Reporting• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, clicks, conversions)• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports• Analyze what works and optimize content accordingly5. Trend & Platform Monitoring• Stay updated on platform updates, algorithms, and trends• Suggest new content ideas, formats, and trending sounds/topics• Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks6. Collaboration & Coordination• Work with designers, videographers, content creators, and marketing teams• Coordinate with influencers or partners when needed• Support paid media team with content for ads (if applicable)7.
