Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management:Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).Capture on-site photos/videos showcasing rooms, dining, events, and guest experiences.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.Social Media Strategy:Execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.Identify trends and opportunities relevant to the hospitality industry.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.Community Management:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.Engage with followers to build a strong online community.Handle guest inquiries professionally and escalate when needed.Campaigns & Promotions:Support digital campaigns, offers, seasonal promotions, and events.Coordinate with F&B, events, and rooms division for content opportunities.Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships.Analytics & Reporting:Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).Prepare monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations.Optimize content based on performance data.Brand Reputation:Monitor online reputation and guest feedback across platforms.Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand messaging. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2–5 years of experience in social media management (hospitality experience preferred).Proven experience managing brand social media accounts.
