Develop and implement content publishing schedules and ensure timely updates.Standardize brand voice and visual identity across all store accounts while allowing for local adaptation.Support store sales teams with social media guidance and localized content ideas.Monitor and analyze account performance data, generate weekly/monthly reports.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with store-level promotions.Provide training and support to store staff to improve their content execution and engagement skills. 2+ years of experience in Social Media.Strong Content Creation & Communication skills.Familiar with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).Experience in TikTok operations or proven successful cases is a plus.Basic Design skills are a plus.
