The role supports competitive bidding and cost control for landscape projects..Key AccountabilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for soft landscape works.Perform quantity take-offs from landscape drawings and specifications.Estimate costs for plants, trees, shrubs, turf, soil, mulch, fertilizers, and related materials.Calculate labor, equipment, transportation, planting, and maintenance costs.Review tender documents, specifications, and landscape schedules.Coordinate with nurseries and suppliers for pricing and availability.Support value engineering and alternative planting proposals.Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering or Other relevant degreeMinimum 5 years of experience years in soft landscape estimation specifically (not hardscape only) Infrastructure, residential, or urban development projectsExperience working with local authority and municipality standardsStrong knowledge of plant species, planting methods, and landscape materialsAbility to read landscape drawings and planting schedulesProficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation toolsGood analytical, communication, and time-management skills
