• Analyze business needs and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.• Collaborate with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog.• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).• Work closely with UX and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.• Support UAT and validate delivered features against business needs.• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and help resolve them. • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.• Experience writing user stories and managing backlog (e.g., Jira).• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
