The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure that business processes and technology solutions meet organizational needs. You will analyze and document business requirements, facilitate communication, and support the implementation of effective solutions that drive improved business performance.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersCreating BRD/BRS documents processes, workflows, and requirements in a clear and actionable mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and ensure that deliverables are metConduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planningDevelop comprehensive reporting and performance metrics to monitor project successAct as a mediator and facilitator during stakeholder meetings to ensure alignmentRequirementsQualifications and Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar roleExperience with AI and workflows Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex dataExcellent communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with project management methodologies and toolsProficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is a plusExperience in Agile environment preferredBenefitsWilling to travel to Dubai for Business Visit
