The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in CI/CD practices and observability, ensuring system reliability, performance, and fast incident resolution.What you’ll doDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software releases Automate manual processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the software development lifecycleManage and optimize cloud infrastructure and environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and proactively resolve issuesTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtimeCollaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processesEnsure system security, compliance, and implementation of best DevSecOps practicesManage version control systems and support code integration processesMaintain and improve system scalability, reliability, and performanceIdentify areas for continuous improvement in delivery pipelines and infrastructureSupport incident management, change management, and deployment activities Who you are2-3 years of Experience in DevOps Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)Solid understanding of observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)Experience with Kubernetes (EKS or similar) and containerized environmentsProficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Scripting and automation skillsExperience with incident response and production supportFamiliarity with DevOps metrics (e.g., DORA) and best practices Not a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
