The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through effective testing strategies, defect tracking, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex business workflows, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to improving overall product quality in an Agile environmentQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.· 2–4 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance.· ISTQB Foundation Level.· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.· Experience with manual testing of web/mobile applications.· Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.· Experience using Azure DevOps Boards for backlog management and tracking.· Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and system workflows.
