Software Tester (Hybrid)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing while also supporting issue investigation and resolution.Responsibilities- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.- Identify, document, and track software defects using the appropriate tools.- Verify bug fixes and validate software releases before deployment.- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure product quality.- Investigate reported issues, reproduce defects, and provide detailed findings to the development team.- Assist in technical support activities by analyzing application issues and helping resolve customer-reported problems.- Maintain accurate testing documentation and contribute to improving QA processes and best practices.Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.- Experience creating and executing test cases and reporting defects.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.- Experience with API testing or test automation is a plus.Work Model- Hybrid work arrangement.- Opportunities for professional growth and career development.If you are passionate about software quality and enjoy solving technical challenges, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
