As a specialist in Radio Access Network (RAN) and End-to-End Network Design and Optimization (NDO), you will be part of a collaborative global team committed to technical excellence and continuous growth.What You Will DoDeliver advanced NDO services, with focus on benchmarking, new technology optimization, and multi-vendor network optimizationAnalyze network data and provide solutions that improve capacity, functionality, and end-user experience across the mobile broadband ecosystemSupport technical presentations, proposals, and ongoing project developmentEngage with customer technical teams and senior stakeholders to guide technical discussionsContribute ideas to improve and expand the NDO service portfolioParticipate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and team capability developmentYou Will BringDegree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or IT12+ years of experience in the ICT industry, including service delivery (pre-sales experience is a plus)Strong technical knowledge of RAN — including radio interface, features, algorithms, and parametersHands-on expertise in several of the following: 4G, 5G NSA/SA, VoNR, MBB/FWA, RAN Sharing/MOCN, ML/AI for NDO, Cloud-RANProven experience in advanced RAN analysis, network performance improvement, and technical proposal development(Highly valued) Competence on End to End services, covering devices, RAN, Transport and Packet Core domainsStrong data analytics skills, including use of statistical tools to analyze and correlate network dataAbility to understand customer business goals and translate them into network performance improvementsClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at senior levelsCollaborative mindset with a commitment to knowledge sharing and supporting othersSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in complex environmentsResult-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
