Solution Architect (Technical Governance Lead)Role Purpose:To act as the primary technical authority responsible for the strategic stability, integration, andoperational governance of the entire NOSI ecosystem. This role ensures that all systemchanges, including those triggered by legislative updates, are architecturally sound and do notcompromise system integrity.Key Responsibilities● Change Governance: Lead the technical review of all Requests for Change (RFCs) andprovide expert recommendations to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).● Impact Analysis: Conduct and oversee Technical Impact Analysis for all new digitalservices or legislative amendments within 72 hours of business requirement finalization.● Architectural Oversight: Identify and resolve architectural flaws, ensuring that code-levelinterventions by L3 teams align with the long-term roadmap.● Integration Governance: Direct the design and modification of complex integration logicacross APIs, middleware, and the Business Rules Engine (BRE).● Security & Compliance: Enforce secure coding standards and Role-Based AccessControl (RBAC) to protect production and development environments.Qualifications & Requirements● Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development and systems integration, withat least 5 years in an architectural or governance capacity.● Certification: PMP, or ITIL v4 Foundation is highly preferred.● Technical Depth: Expert knowledge in .NET Framework, MS SQL Server, and multi-platform troubleshooting.
