We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Construction Digitization division.THE ROLEData Center Prime (DCP) is looking for a Solutions Engineer with construction background and experience to join our Construction Digitization division at DCP, supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the MENA region, This role bridges the gap between functional consulting and technical execution, where you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize digital platforms such as Procore and other construction technologies.You will play a key role in helping clients transition from traditional workflows to data-driven, digitally enabled project environments.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Procore or other digital platformsTranslate client business processes into structured digital workflows and system solutionsDeliver client onboarding, training sessions, and user adoption supportCollaborate with internal consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutionsAssist in developing digitization frameworks, workflows, and best practicesProvide ongoing support and insights to enhance system utilization and performanceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or related)3–5 years of experience in the construction industry as a site engineer, project manager, or similar roleSolid understanding of construction project workflows and operationsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (mandatory)PreferredExperience working with Procore services and implementationsExposure to Egnyte solutions or document management platformsExperience with construction systems such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Autodesk, etc.Background in digital transformation or technology-driven projectsExperience delivering training or working directly with clientsFluent in French is a plusWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive base salaryHybrid working arrangementOpportunity to work on some of the most impactful digital transformation projects in the MENA construction sectorExposure to regional clients, advanced technologies, and high-growth environments
