The summit brings together thousands of students, universities, companies, and industry leaders through immersive and engaging experiences designed to support youth exploration, career readiness, and future opportunities.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Speakers Outreach Specialist to support speaker sourcing, outreach, engagement, and coordination for Traverse 2026. The role is responsible for identifying and communicating with potential speakers, building relationships, managing speaker coordination processes, and supporting the overall stage experience.The role works closely with the Agenda & Stage Experience Architect to align speaker outreach with the overall stage vision, audience journey, and summit themes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the speaker sourcing and outreach direction for Traverse 2026Identify and recommend high-impact speakers, moderators, creators, founders, and industry voices aligned with the summit themes and audience interestsDevelop creative and strategic approaches for speaker engagement and acquisitionResearch emerging trends, industries, and personalities relevant to youth audiences and the Traverse experienceBuild and maintain strong relationships with speakers, partners, talent representatives, and ecosystem stakeholdersCollaborate closely with the Agenda & Stage Experience Architect to shape stage themes, session directions, and speaker alignmentContribute to designing engaging and diverse stage experiences through strong speaker curationSupport developing speaker pipelines across different sectors including entrepreneurship, technology, sports, media, arts, business, and social impactLead speaker communication and negotiation processes when neededGuide and support the Speakers Outreach Coordinators on outreach execution and follow-up processesAttend meetings, presentations, and planning sessions with partners, speakers, and internal teamsSupport on-ground speaker management and relationship handling during the summitRequirements2–4 years of experience in partnerships, talent outreach, speaker management, public relations, communications, events, media, or related fieldsStrong professional network or demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationshipsStrong understanding of youth culture, trends, industries, and influential voices relevant to Traverse audiencesExcellent communication, pitching, and relationship-building skillsStrong strategic and creative thinking abilitiesAbility to identify engaging personalities and curate impactful speaker experiencesExperience working on conferences, summits, media projects, or large-scale youth events is highly preferredStrong ownership and ability to manage multiple parallel outreach tracksComfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environments
