Apply now!Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Specialist (HR Operations).What will you do?Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including deductions, overtime, and compliance with labor lawsPersonnel Management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and ConfidentialitySocial Insurance & Governmental Entities: Manage relationship with social insurance operations (form 1-2-6) and labor bureau and any other related entitles.Medical Operations & Benefits Administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits & liaise with providers for smooth operationsOnboarding & Off-Boarding Activities: Handle new joiners documents and exit formalities including clearance, final settlement and documentation in compliance with company policiesCompliance & Documentation: ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies, prepare reports for audits and inspections.Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquires, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.Data Reporting: Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summaries) for management decision-making.Support HR Projects: Assist in HR Initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates and system implementations.Manage relationships with insurance providers, medical network, and payroll service vendors.Conduct employees' investigations when needed.What will you need?3-5 years in HR operations or payroll administrationBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and problem-solving skillsEmployee centric approachAbility to handle confidential information with integrityProficiency in HRIS and payroll systemsKnowledge of labor law and compliance requirementsAdvanced MS Excel and reporting skillsWhat is unique about Raya?Are you an eager learner?
