Beko Global is hiring Specialist Mold Engineer role,Summery:This position spearheads productivity and cost improvement initiatives, manages project budgets, analyses facility capacity, leads new product launch process, and develops creative production and material handling solutions.Responsibilities:Managing and leading new & current active molds and production equipment investments,Managing and leading part production process,Following and learning new production technologies & processes,Evaluating the current process and creating cost & quality advantages,Participating in R&D projects for improving new products and new processes,Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.Competencies, Education and Other Knowledge/Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Experience in Mold for 3 years.Having experience in sheet metal formingExperience sheet metal tooling systems and tool operation layoutBasic Knowledge sheet metal processing presses, multioperation transfer press and mechanical press production techniques.Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems.Knowledge of steel and aluminum material propertiesHaving experience jigs and fixturesKnowledge about CAD/CAM systems (Siemens NX is preferred)Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs,Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,Outside the box thinking ability,Open to innovation culture,Flexible and open to new perspectives,A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,Knowing what empathy really means,Being open to communication is always our priority.
