Beko Global is hiring a Software DeveloperRole Summery:As a Software Developer, you will support the digitization and automation of factory floor processes. You will help design, develop, and maintain internal software applications, APIs, and database structures that drive production efficiency, traceability, and quality management across our manufacturing lines.Key Responsibilities:Application Development: Develop and maintain .NET Web APIs, Windows applications, and internal web tools utilized by multiple stakeholders.Database Management: Write, test, and optimize SQL Server scripts, including views and stored procedures, to support factory applications.Hardware Integration: Implement and troubleshoot integrations between software applications and factory hardware devices.System Maintenance: Debug frontend-to-backend communications and manage application deployment environments.Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various teams to deploy systems to production, troubleshoot technical issues, and gather user feedback.Vendor Software Management: Maintain and oversee software solutions provided by external suppliers, coordinating system updates and acting as the primary technical liaison for vendor support.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or ITI Graduate (.Net related track)0–2 years of experience in software development (internships or academic projects count), ideally with exposure to a manufacturing or industrial environment..NET Ecosystem: Solid foundation in C# and the .NET Framework (.NET Core / .NET 5+, Web API, MVC, and Windows Forms).Advanced C# Concepts: Familiarity with asynchronous programming (async/await), LINQ, Generics, Delegates/Events, and Object-Relational Mappers (e.g., Entity Framework, Dapper).Architecture & Design: Basic knowledge of common software design patterns (e.g., Dependency Injection, Repository pattern, Singleton, Factory).Database: Very strong understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL Server (writing T-SQL, creating tables, views, and stored procedures).Frontend Technologies: Familiarity with core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.Knowledge of integrating software and systems with PLCs. Exposure to SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or basic industrial networking is highly advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to debug code logically.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and non-technical factory personnel.Adaptability and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues directly on the production line.
