Sr. Architect – Hospitality Projects | MF & Associates

MF& Associates (an alchemy studio) is seeking a Senior Architect with 5–7 years of experience delivering hospitality projects.Responsibilities* Develop, coordinate, and review architectural technical packages, including Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC documentation.* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.* Attend site visits and project meetings, and coordinate the review of contractors’ RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.* Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, applicable codes, and hospitality brand standards.* Maintain accurate project documentation and support the timely delivery of technical requirements throughout all project phases.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.* 5–7 years of professional experience.* Proven experience in hospitality projects is required.* Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, materials, specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.* Proficiency in Revit is an advantage.* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
