About the RoleWe are a US-based upskilling and training company serving MENA, partnering with global tech leaders like AWS, Google, and Salesforce to deliver large-scale learning programs to software engineers, teachers, and tech professionals across Egypt, KSA, UAE, and the broader MENA region.We’re looking for a Sr. Growth Copywriter who can produce 10x the output of a traditional copywriter by mastering AI-assisted writing workflows. You’ll own all written content across 3 programs, 12+ channels, and 2 languages , from ad copy and landing pages to email sequences and community posts.This is not a “write one blog post a week” role. You’ll be producing hundreds of copy variants per month, using AI as your co-writer while you provide the strategic direction, brand voice, cultural nuance, and human polish that AI alone can’t deliver.Key ResponsibilitiesAd Copy & Creative Messaging• Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and X campaigns across 3 programs• Produce 50+ ad copy variants per campaign using AI tools, then curate and refine the top performers• Adapt messaging per market (Egypt, KSA, UAE) , understanding cultural nuance, local slang, and what resonates in each audience• Collaborate with the Perf. Marketing Manager on A/B test hypotheses for headlines, CTAs, value propositions, and hooks• Write in both English and Arabic (or work closely with AI translation + native review for Arabic copy)Email & WhatsApp Nurture Sequences• Write full lifecycle email sequences: welcome series, activation nudges, progress reminders, re-engagement, and completion celebrations• Craft WhatsApp broadcast messages optimized for MENA engagement patterns (concise, conversational, action-oriented)• Personalize messaging by program, user segment, and behavior stage , using AI to generate variants at scale• Work with the Perf. Marketing Manager to optimize open rates, click rates, and conversion rates through copy experimentsLanding Pages & Web Copy• Write and optimize landing page copy for each program , headlines, sub-headlines, benefit blocks, social proof, and CTAs• Produce multiple landing page variants for A/B testing across different audiences and markets• Write SEO-optimized content for organic acquisition: blog posts, educational articles, and YouTube descriptionsCommunity & Social Content• Write engaging social media posts for community channels (Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)• Draft influencer brief documents and UGC prompts in collaboration with the Brand Manager• Write scripts or talking points for video content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) in collaboration with the Design team• Create community engagement content: challenges, polls, discussion starters, success story featuresBrand Voice & Content Strategy• Maintain and evolve the brand voice guidelines for all written content across programs• Work with the Brand Manager (Nada) on brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, and content calendar• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints , from a TikTok ad to an email sequence to a landing page• Document winning copy patterns, hooks, and templates in the team’s knowledge base for reuseAI-Specific ResponsibilitiesThis is an AI-Adapted role. You will be expected to:• Use AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar) as your primary drafting engine , you prompt, AI drafts, you refine• Build reusable AI prompt libraries for each content type: ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, social posts, and more• Use AI for rapid translation and localization of English content to Arabic , then apply human cultural polish• Generate 50–100 copy variants per campaign using AI, then select, combine, and refine the strongest options• Design AI-assisted content workflows that let the team produce content at 10x speed without sacrificing quality• Use AI for competitive copy analysis: analyze top-performing ads in the market and extract patterns• Train AI tools on brand voice, tone guidelines, and past winning copy to improve output quality over timeRequirementsMust-Have• 3–5 years of experience in growth copywriting, performance copywriting, or direct-response marketing• Strong portfolio showing high-converting ad copy, email sequences, and landing pages• Experience writing for digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) with understanding of character limits, format constraints, and platform-specific best practices• Experience writing email marketing sequences with measurable results (open rates, click rates, conversion rates)• Proven ability to write for different audiences and adapt tone/messaging per segment• Understanding of copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Before-After-Bridge, etc.) and when to apply each• Fluent in English with strong writing skills; Arabic writing ability is a significant advantage• Experience working in a fast-paced environment producing high volumes of contentNice-to-Have• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or tech upskilling platforms• Experience writing for MENA audiences in both English and Arabic• Background in SEO content writing and organic growth• Experience with video scripting for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)• Familiarity with UX writing and product copy for registration/onboarding flows• Experience with community content strategy (Discord, Telegram, Slack)AI Tools & Skills Required• Demonstrated daily use of AI writing tools with examples of AI-assisted output• Ability to write detailed, specific prompts that produce on-brand, high-quality copy from AI tools• Experience building prompt templates or libraries for repeatable content types• Understanding of AI limitations: knowing when AI output needs heavy editing vs. light polish• Experience using AI for translation, localization, or multilingual content production• Willingness to continuously learn new AI writing tools and workflows as they emergeWhat We Offer• Work at the cutting edge of AI-assisted content creation , define how the next generation of copywriting works• Own all written content across AWS, Google, and Salesforce programs reaching 310K users• Small, senior team where your words directly drive acquisition and completion metrics• Remote-first culture with flexibility• Dotted-line collaboration with Brand Manager for creative direction and with Designers for visual storytelling• Competitive salary
