Job SummaryThe Senior Landscape Technical Architect is responsible for leading the preparation, coordination, and review of landscape technical drawings and shop drawings. The role ensures that all technical deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines while providing technical support to project teams and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Review landscape design drawings in coordination with the Design Team to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with project requirements.• Prepare and review landscape technical and shop drawings in coordination with the Technical Team.• Manage and monitor the technical team's output, ensuring compliance with approved quality standards and project requirements.• Plan, prioritize, and manage technical team deliverables, schedules, and workflow to ensure timely project completion.• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure continuous development and high performance.• Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to ensure proper integration and timely issuance of technical drawings.• Coordinate with site and operations teams to prepare and update as-built drawings.• Ensure technical drawings are aligned with contract BOQs, project specifications, site conditions, and subcontractor requirements.• Perform quantity surveying and provide technical support to site and operations teams as required.• Prepare material submittals, technical submissions, and samples in accordance with project requirements.• Revise and update drawings based on client comments, site conditions, and project changes while ensuring proper communication with all stakeholders.• Identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts, discrepancies, and technical issues.• Provide effective solutions to on-site technical challenges to avoid delays and ensure smooth project execution.• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations throughout all project phasesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.• 5–7 years of experience in Landscape Technical Office and shop drawing preparation.• Strong knowledge of landscape construction details, materials, and technical specifications.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and technical software.• Experience in quantity surveying, material submittals, and BOQ review.• Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination processes, and site execution requirements.• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.• Experience in landscape and swimming pool projects is highly preferred.
