The Sr. Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals for residential and/or commercial units. Responsibilities include advising clients on suitable properties, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, responding to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the buying or leasing process. The Sr. Property Consultant will also monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to support sales targets and business objectives.QualificationsStrong Real Estate knowledge, including property valuation, local market trends, and transaction processes.Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, lead conversion, and pipeline management.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Professional Consulting skills, including needs assessment, tailored recommendations, and solution-oriented client guidance.Experience in on-site property tours, contract coordination, and follow-up on client feedback.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office (or similar) for tracking leads and preparing reports.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting in similar markets is an advantage.
