Better home is seeking a Senior Site Engineer (Architecture) with strong consultancy supervision experience to join our projects in the New Administrative Capital.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise architectural & finishing works on site• Review shop drawings, material submittals & inspection requests• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications• Ensure work quality in accordance with approved drawings, standards & codes• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues• Review as-built drawings and handing-over documentation Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering• 8+ years of experience, with consultancy supervision background• Strong experience in architectural finishing inspection & quality control• Familiar with Egyptian code, technical specifications & QA/QC procedures• Strong reporting, coordination & problem-solving skillsConsultancy experience is highly preferred.
