Your day will involve hands-on work with steam-fed valves and actuators, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.You will work in diverse environments, collaborating with international teams while applying technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This role offers exposure to global projects, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining critical power generation assets.How You’ll Make An ImpactPerform dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair, and reassembly of steam turbine valves and actuatorsExecute maintenance and repair work within power plant environmentsConduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and detailed reporting/logging of valve performance and issuesRead and interpret technical drawings and documentation accuratelyEnsure proper maintenance and handling of tools and equipmentWork in compliance with EHS standards and risk management practicesSupport safe operations involving cranes and lifting equipmentCollaborate effectively within international teams and multicultural environmentsGuide and support local personnel on-site when requiredApply strong organizational and time management skills to meet project timelinesWhat You BringIndustrial mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualificationExperience in plant engineering or power plant technology (preferred)Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systemsAbility to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detailExperience working with cranes and lifting toolsWillingness to travel globally (100%) and work in different climatesStrong teamwork skills with experience in international environmentsAbility to lead, instruct, and support local personnelGood English communication skillsSolid digital literacy (basic systems, reporting tools)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under EHS guidelinesAbout The TeamYou will join a highly motivated and performance-driven team known for delivering high-quality work across global projects.
