The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. Core Responsibilities:Oversees and monitors all point of sales activities in the store which includes - sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback’ etc.Motivating & developing team as well as monitoring their KPI`s through monthly in store trainings and daily early Japanese meetings by coaching and training on increasing UPT, average basket, average price, V1 ,and conversion rate .Conduct daily floor walks and ensure opening and closing of shop floor are done effectively and efficiently in order to drive sales and better conversion.Partnering with CEO and HR for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution and disciplinary actions.Oversees cash transaction entry and management (petty cash, point of sales (POS) cash elements, change floats)Communicates store targets to the team and drives sales to achieve financial objectivesMaintains proper loss prevention standards and ensures compliance with cash handling, fraud and theft of productsRegularly audits own store administration and resolves any issues; assists in carrying out annual stock counts and spot checksMonitors and handles customer complaints and take corrective action in line with policy; resolves customer complaints and responds to feedback in a timely and professional manner.Tracks and evaluates brand sales performance, research market trends and competitor trading activities to identify critical business factors and propose action plans to increase sales and profitabilityMonitoring and analysis of sales reports and provides insights to maximise stock potential; reports on the performance of new and core collectionsMaintains window and in-store displays to a high standard in line with merchandising guidelinesOversees and monitors the inventory management in the store ( stock availability, order management, back store management, stock movement within store)Ensures accurate stock merchandise and management (stock ageing , stock loss, space management) within the storeCoordinates with facilities department on repairs or replacements of furniture or equipment; supports company maintenance standards/programs to optimise asset lifeMaintains staffing levels consistent with operational needs to ensure exceptional customer service; prepares schedules and ensures adequate shift coverageEnsures seasonal peaks, important promotional events are taken account of when preparing forecasts and staff rostersEnsures that the team is adequately trained in inventory management techniques such as in-bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepanciesDefines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the SHG performance management process.ResponsibilitiesSet and execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilityHire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performanceMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storeOversee stock and store operationsQualifications5+ years' store management experienceBachelor Degree in Business Management or EquivalentCustomer centric with a positive attitude
