Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving overall sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and leading staff training and development. In this role, you will work to foster long-term client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The chosen individual will spearhead these efforts with a proactive, customer-centric attitude and strong business acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive store profitability by consistently meeting and exceeding established sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.Analyze store performance data to identify trends, identify market opportunities, and implement actionable strategies for business growth.Cultivate a culture of excellence on the sales floor, ensuring the team delivers a bespoke, "VIP" service experience to every client.Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with poise, professionalism, and problem-solving expertise.Partner with HR to identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier sales talent.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide consistent, constructive coaching to motivate, develop, and retain staff.Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in strict alignment with global seasonal campaigns and brand aesthetics.Manage all daily operational workflows, including staff scheduling, floor coverage, and strict adherence to company compliance policies.Oversee inventory levels and replenishment cycles to ensure optimal product availability while implementing effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.QualificationsExperience: 3–5 years of retail management experience (experience within premium, luxury, or "bridge brands" is highly preferred).Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals and effectively manage operational budgets.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and the competitive landscape of premium retail.Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve our diverse VIP clientele.
