As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven engineer to join our Business Development & Strategy team.This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior management on strategic partnerships, major industrial projects, international sourcing initiatives, and business expansion opportunities.Job PurposeTo identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships, major industrial projects, and new business opportunities that contribute to IEI’s long-term growth. EducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:Industrial SalesTechnical SalesBusiness DevelopmentProjects EngineeringIndustrial Equipment & MachinerySkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong commercial and strategic mindset.Excellent English language proficiency (spoken and written).Strong presentation and reporting skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Ability to travel when required.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Preferred QualificationsExperience in boilers, steam systems, burners, pumps, valves, or industrial equipment.Existing network within industrial sectors.Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project owners.Knowledge of international sourcing and supplier development.
