With rapid SKU expansion and a growing supplier network, we need a sharp commercial thinker who can secure the right products at the right price and keep our inventory machine running without a hitch.THE OPPORTUNITYThis role sits at the commercial heart of the business. You'll manage our full procurement cycle from supplier discovery and negotiation to PO management and inventory health. You'll also act as a critical bridge between suppliers, the warehouse, content, and Sales teams. If you thrive on finding a better deal, anticipating a stock risk before it becomes a problem, and building supplier relationships that others can't replicate, this role was written for you.WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiation to inbound confirmation and reconciliationBuild and maintain a diversified, high-performing supplier base; conduct regular market visits to spot new vendors and product trendsNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to protect margins and support healthy cash flowTrack and analyze cost trends; lead cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or availabilityMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inbound, minimize dead stock, and prevent stock outsIdentify supply and market risks early and escalate with clear mitigation plansPartner with the content and Sales teams to ensure procured products have strong visibility and commercial readinessEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and payment timelinesWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOREducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related fieldExperience: 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (FMCG, automotive, or distribution preferred)Commercially sharp, you understand how procurement decisions directly affect margin and cash flowAnalytically strong, numerically fluent, and comfortable with Excel-driven analysisSkilled negotiator who builds mutual trust with suppliers while protecting company interestsDetail-oriented with a track record of meeting reconciliation and payment deadlinesThrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
