You will define our digital-first educational models as world-class, scalable solutions and position Noon as a premier partner for international philanthropists, tech-for-good funds, and global NGOs. This role is about transforming localized success into a globally recognized blueprint for educational equity.Key Responsibilities1. Global Scaling StrategyModel Standardization: Refine the value proposition of our hybrid learning models (integrating tech, pedagogy, and infrastructure) to ensure they are 'investor-ready' for diverse global markets.Expansion Roadmap: Develop strategic playbooks to enter 'look-alike' markets across the Global South, identifying high-potential regions for digital transformation.Outcomes Framework: Build data-driven 'Success Dashboards' that provide real-time evidence of student progress and system efficacy to international stakeholders.2. Strategic Global FundraisingPortfolio Diversification: Target Global Philanthropic Funds and CSR arms of multinational tech corporations to move beyond local funding.Institutional Bidding: Lead high-stakes grant applications for international development agencies focusing on the digital transformation of education.Innovative Financing: Explore alternative revenue streams such as Social Impact Bonds or 'Pay-for-Success' models to fund large-scale rollouts.3.
