We contribute to society, building confidence and trust in the markets, upholding the integrity of organizations, and supporting our communities.Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact:Lead the wayServe with integrityTake care of each otherFoster inclusionCollaborate for measurable impactDuring your tenure as a Manager in Real Estate Advisory, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:The multi-disciplinary Real Estate team in the Middle East supports a wide range of clients in the Real Estate sector, including developers, investors, landowners, and government entities.Integrating with other teams within the practice, other work we undertake includes project finance, capital raising, financial modelling, transaction due diligence and forensic support.The Real Estate team provides the following services for clients:Real Estate Advisory: Market, financial and strategic development advice for planned Real Estate (office/retail/residential/industrial) and Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure (“THL”) industry projects (from single sites to large-scale mixed-use master planned schemes).Valuation: Valuation of office, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality assets in accordance with RICS Valuation-Professional Standards (the ‘Red Book’) and audit assist work.Advising government bodies, developers, investors and corporate owners on real estate development, market/financial due diligence, and strategy.Being a primary point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of engagements, undertaking the preparation of client reports, undertaking development appraisals, and working with clients and their design teams to deliver strategies to support real estate development projects. The work will cover residential, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors.Experience is typically a minimum MRICS/CFA II qualification.The role will require travel across the Middle East to deliver client engagements.Mentoring and development of junior colleagues undertaking their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.Leadership Capabilities: Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.Qualifications:Educated to graduate level, with a Real Estate or related (Economics, Geography, Finance, Business) degree.RICS accredited course an advantage, though high-performing graduates with non-Real Estate qualifications are also encouraged to apply.Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a similar field.Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills.Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
