Structure BIM Engineer / Modeler (ST-26-02) Location: Nasr City, Cairo, EgyptGSC Engineering & Geo Consulting is seeking an experienced Structural BIM Engineer/Modeler to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing structural BIM models throughout all project phases while ensuring compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination across GCC projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5–10 years of experience in Structural BIM Engineering. Experience working in engineering consultancy firms. Experience in GCC projects is highly preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills.RequirementsProficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure is mandatory. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Common Data Environment (CDE). Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination. Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Ability to create detailed structural BIM models for reinforced concrete and structural steel projects. Experience producing structural shop drawings, GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction documentation from BIM models. Experience coordinating structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines. Familiarity with LOD 100–500 requirements. Knowledge of IFC, BIM collaboration workflows, and model exchange standards. Experience reviewing consultant and contractor BIM submissions. Familiarity with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is an advantage. Ability to support BIM implementation, QA/QC, and model audits. Strong understanding of international engineering standards and BIM best practices.
