Land Designers is committed to creating meaningful, resource-conscious landscapes that are both environmentally responsible and visually compelling.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Studio Manager role based in Giza. The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of project workflows to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. This role will support the leadership team by tracking project progress, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication between designers, consultants, contractors, and clients. The Studio Manager will help manage client inquiries, prepare basic proposals or follow-ups, and support sales-related activities to maintain strong client relationships. The role also includes coordinating studio meetings, supporting team collaboration, monitoring studio supplies and tools, and contributing to a well-organized, productive, and professional work environment.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.Proven Team Leadership abilities to coordinate studio staff, support collaboration, and maintain a positive, inclusive work culture.Experience in Sales and client relationship support, including handling inquiries, assisting with proposals, and following up on opportunities.Solid Project Management skills to organize timelines, prioritize tasks, track deliverables, and support on-time, high-quality project delivery.Experience in a design, architecture, or creative studio environment is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort with office productivity and project coordination software (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, communication tools).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Egyptian real estate or design sector are advantageous.
