LDE aims to contribute to Egypt’s landscape industry by promoting innovative and resource-conscious solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator specializing in landscape architecture at our office in Giza. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating between architecture and engineering teams, and ensuring seamless communication of design intent. Daily tasks will include working with Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring project compliance with designs and sustainability standards. The role requires a strong technical and managerial skillset to support the development, documentation, and delivery of significant landscape projects.QualificationsProficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)BIM CertificationArchitectural knowledge with experience working with landscape design and MEP systemsProject Management skills, including task coordination and ensuring project deadlines are metStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure design compliance with project guidelinesProficiency in relevant BIM software Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Cloud etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-disciplinary teamworkExperience in landscape architecture or related projects is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
