You’ll help build and evaluate AI systems that support sourcing, recruiting operations, and HR workflows.What does day-to-day life look like?Create realistic hiring and recruiting workflow scenariosEvaluate AI-generated sourcing, screening, and recruiting outputsBuild synthetic candidate profiles, job reqs, and scorecardsIdentify edge cases like duplicate applications, offer approval failures, and ATS/HRIS sync issuesRequirements4–10 years in recruiting, sourcing, HRBP, TA Ops, or HR OperationsStrong experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or WorkdayExcellent written communication skillsComfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or ClaudeKnowledge of recruiting workflows and hiring operationsNice to haveExperience with ATS/HRIS administrationFamiliarity with GDPR/CCPA complianceExperience with AI evaluation or LLM workflowsPerks of Freelancing With TuringWork in a fully remote environment.Offer DetailsCommitments Required: 40 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST.
