Initiate the year by collecting data on the selected supplier and their products, considering factors such as supplier weight, market needs, and sales targets, to ensure the availability of suitable products.Analyze gross sales and market share per supplier from the previous year to understand the current market landscape.Arrange a meeting with the supplier to conduct negotiations and secure a profitable deal.Discuss various options within the deal, such as extra discounts, bonuses, rare items, RU and FU (Returnable Unit and Free Unit), all exclusively provided to Ibnsina in exchange for product shipping.Prepare a presentation for the commercial director and sales department to get the approval for the proposed deal.Generate a monthly Purchase Order (PO) based on forecasts obtained from the planning section.Share the PO with the supplier and coordinate the arrival dates of the products.Ensure the timely delivery of products to platforms and branches, initiating the distribution process across the pharmacies. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.1-2 years of experience in supplier relations, pharmacies or hospitals, procurement, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier engagement.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supplier management software.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
