Supply Chain & Import Specialist

Demand ForecastingDevelop and maintain monthly demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias).Analyze trends, seasonality, and historical data to highlight risks and recommendations.Identify slow movers and monitor stock cover/critical items to protect service levels. Order Execution Execute import orders based on demand plan, lead time, reorder points, and sector requests.Review supplier shipping documents (PI/PL/Invoice/COA/etc.) before order confirmation. Coordinate shipments, manage Nafeza documentation/registration, and prepare/verify shipping documents to ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.Track shipments and proactively manage delays/stock impact.  3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Import Operations Hands-on experience in import documentation, Nafeza, and customs clearance Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory planning, and Excel Good English & Arabic communication skills
