Supply Chain Strategy & ManagementDevelop and implement supply chain strategies to support production and business objectives.Manage the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, planning, warehousing, and distribution.Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials to meet production schedules.Purchasing & Supplier ManagementOversee purchasing activities including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.Ensure procurement of high-quality materials at competitive prices.Develop strong relationships with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.Production PlanningCoordinate with production teams to develop and implement effective production planning and scheduling.Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability.Warehouse & Inventory ManagementManage warehouse operations to ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory accuracy.Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess stock.Implement inventory control systems and periodic stock audits.Logistics & DistributionCoordinate the movement of raw materials and finished goods efficiently.Ensure timely delivery to meet internal production requirements and customer demands.Process Improvement & ReportingImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.Prepare supply chain performance reports and KPIs for senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and food industry standards. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management are an advantage.Experience Requirements15–20 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, and warehousing.Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the food manufacturing industry.Experience in pasta, sauce, or similar food production environments is highly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory control, and warehouse management.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Additional RequirementsAge: Not more than 50 years.Ability to work in a dynamic food manufacturing environment with cross-functional coordination.
