Job PurposeThe HR Section Head is responsible for leading key human resources functions including recruitment, organizational development, and performance management. The role supports the implementation of HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee development, and performance culture within the manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical and administrative roles.Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.Organizational Development (OD)Participate in organizational development initiatives including organizational structure design, job descriptions, and workforce planning.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness.Assist in developing training and development programs aligned with business needs.Performance ManagementImplement and manage the company’s performance management system.Ensure proper execution of performance appraisal processes across departments.Monitor performance KPIs and support managers in performance evaluation and improvement plans.HR Reporting & AnalysisPrepare HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, manpower planning, and performance management.Analyze HR data to support management decisions and improve HR processes.Employee Communication & EngagementMaintain effective communication with employees and department managers.Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.HR professional certifications are an advantage.Experience Requirements8–12 years of experience in Human Resources.Proven experience in Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Performance Management.Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.Skills & CompetenciesStrong presentation and reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English (spoken and written).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.Additional RequirementsAge: Not more than 40 years.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Bottom of Form
