Position Summary:Prepares, reviews, and approves documentation to support supplier quality & internal inventory controls. Collaborates and supports the Procurement group with purchase orders as neededResponsibilities:Review & Approve/Reject supplier quality documentation prior to shipment not limited to:Material Test ReportsCertificate of ConformityFirst Article Inspection ReportsCreation and distribution of cycle count documentsCreation and management of purchase ordersRequirementsEssential Characteristics:Ability to read and follow written instructions, analyze, and interpret working drawings, technical specifications, etcMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is locatedAble to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
