This role combines system configuration, quality assurance, and testing activities across key applications within the Vodafone Customer Care and Billing (CCB) platform, ensuring accurate delivery and performance of business services.What You’ll DoPerform quality management activities, including defining test cases, creating test customers, executing batch test scenarios, and validating test invoicesExecute regression testing for Product Service Manager (PSM) and Customer Billing Manager (CBM) package deliveriesAnalyse test results for services, products, tariffs, promotions, and layout configurationsMaintain and update technical documentation and the team knowledge baseEnsure availability of applications and hosted servers across UNIX platformsTroubleshoot and resolve database-related issuesExecute standard operational requests related to ALM and TotalviewSupport the delivery and validation of business rules and layout requirements within billing systemsWho You AreHolds a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldPossesses 1–3 years of experience in IT operations or engineeringDemonstrates strong knowledge of BSS and OSS systemsHas solid expertise in Oracle relational databases, SQL, UNIX, Linux, and PerlFamiliar with MS Office tools and documentation methodologiesUnderstands billing systems and their operational contextWorks effectively both independently and collaboratively across teamsCommunicates clearly and manages time and priorities efficientlyApproaches challenges with a logical, inquisitive, and solution-oriented mindsetMaintains motivation and initiative in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentHolds relevant database and/or Unix/Linux certifications (preferred)Brings hands-on experience with testing tools (advantageous)Not a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
