Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning Manager is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment function and workforce planning activities. This role ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and deploys the right talent in alignment with strategic business needs. The manager oversees talent acquisition strategies, manpower forecasting, manpower planning processes, and the development of robust talent pipelines. Additionally, the role provides guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition team, optimizes recruitment processes, and delivers actionable insights to senior leadership for workforce decisions.Job Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for all corporate, technical, and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.Oversee manpower planning processes, including forecasting future workforce requirements, analyzing gaps, and recommending solutions.Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and reporting.Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Monitor recruitment KPIs and metrics, and continuously improve processes for efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Talent Acquisition team.Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness in the talent market.Deliver data-driven insights and workforce analytics to senior leadership to inform workforce strategy and decision-making.Job Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.- Previous Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, manpower planning, or HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven success in recruitment for corporate, technical, and operational roles, preferably in real estate, construction, education, or investment sectors.Experience in workforce planning, talent forecasting, and manpower analytics.- Special requirements: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and manpower planning methodologies.Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms, HRIS, and talent analytics tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to mentor, coach, and develop a recruitment team.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
