A Day in the LifeAs a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be at the heart of our HR team in Cairo, supporting our mission to attract and hire the most innovative and diverse talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment and employer branding.Talent Attraction & Sourcing: You will support the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from screening applications to coordinating interviews, helping us find the future leaders of L'Oréal.Employer Branding & Digital Content: You’ll unleash your creativity by helping to create compelling digital content for our social media channels, showcasing what makes L'Oréal an amazing place to work.Campus Activation: You will be a key player in building our presence at universities, assisting in the planning and execution of career fairs and campus events to connect with top student talent.Program Coordination: You will play an active role in the organization and execution of key initiatives, such as our Summer Internship Program, ensuring an unforgettable experience for participants.We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and creative individual who is eager to learn and make an impact.
