Job SummaryThis role leads the Talent Acquisition function at MTS. Focus achieving MTS Manpower Annual Plan through recruiting technical and non-technical roles. Builds talent pipelines for critical roles, optimizes systems, drives metrics, ensures a high-quality candidate experience, and manages a growing team of TA Specialists.Responsibilities:Define and execute a proactive recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and workforce planningAchieve MTS Manpower Annual Plan with collaboration of department heads and develop scalable talent acquisition plansManage, coach, and develop a team of TA professionals across all levelsSet clear objectives, provide continuous feedback, and promote a collaborative and learning-driven team cultureFoster cross-team coordination to ensure alignment in hiring processes and timelinesOversee end-to-end hiring activities, with direct involvement in senior-level and critical technical hiresEnsure best practices in sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoffImplement best practices and ensure inclusive hiring proceduresEnsure maximum utilization of the ATS, talent mapping tools, and digital hiring platformsLead ATS customizations, integrations, and data integrity initiativesOwn and evolve MTS’s employer branding strategy on platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf,Lead internship partnerships and ensure robust pipelines for future talentPlan and represent MTS in employment fairs, and tech communitiesQualifications:7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with 2+ years in a managerial/lead roleProven experience in large-scale technical hiring (e.g. software engineering, DevOps, IT infrastructure)Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and system workflows (ATS, reporting tools, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsPowered by JazzHRF46B96N3Up
