Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Develop job descriptions and ensure alignment with department requirements.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.Conduct HR interviews and administer assessments.Support employer branding initiatives.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist with learning programs.Support performance management cycles including KPIs and goal setting.Participate in employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.Assist in change management and internal communication activities.Analyze HR data to support strategic decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.3-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.Experience designing and implementing organizational development programs.Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.Males Only
