ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full recruitment cycle for the Mass Hiring requests including Blue Collar hiring, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers.Work closely with HRBPs and partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.Sources candidates using different recruitment channels including referrals and building talents pipeline.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract talents through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and performance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Partners with Mass Recruitment Team Lead & Talent Acquisition Manager to educate management on recruitment processes and systems.ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTSBachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education2 - 3 years of practical experience in recruitment for blue collars (Mass Hiring).Advanced user of Microsoft Office applicationsEnglish & Arabic Fluency is a must.Blue Collar recruitment experience is a plus.Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOUYou’ll have a buddy who will introduce you to the business, your daily routines during your onboarding period.International career opportunities: As a large and expanding company, we offer unique opportunities for role changes and enriching experiences and capabilities, including cross-functional transitions and international assignments.4 unique core values: Customer first, We over I, Make it simple and Deliver sustainably form the foundation of a robust culture that enables continuous and sustainable growth.Competitive remuneration and social packageABOUT YOUR NEW TEAMWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
