The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating assessments and hiring manager interviews. The role involves building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for commercial and residential real estate roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and refining job descriptions and requirements. The recruiter will manage job postings, leverage online platforms and professional networks, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer. The role also includes tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting employer branding activities to attract top real estate talent.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.Experience with Hiring processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and aligning recruitment with business needs.Strong Interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based interviewing techniques.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.Prior experience recruiting in real estate or a related industry is highly preferred.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting tools (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, social media).Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.send cv to 01021521455
