In this permanent position, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through strategic sourcing initiatives. Working collaboratively with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders, you will build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support our organisation's growth and talent acquisition objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, analytical capability, and a genuine passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities.Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies utilising multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networksConduct advanced candidate searches using Boolean search techniques and other advanced search methodologies to identify passive and active candidatesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across various departments and levelsScreen and qualify candidates based on specified criteria, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organisational cultureEngage with candidates through various communication channels, providing information about opportunities and nurturing relationships for future placementsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, job specifications, and desired candidate profilesAnalyse recruitment metrics and sourcing data to optimise recruitment processes and improve time-to-hireMaintain accurate and organised candidate records within the ATS and recruitment databasesStay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and talent availability within the Egyptian labour marketQualificationsProven experience in talent acquisition sourcing, recruitment, or related HR function (minimum 2–3 years)Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment databasesStrong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced search methodologiesExcellent people skills and ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersStrong time keeping and organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are desirableProficiency in candidate screening and qualification processesAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleaguesStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracyExperience with employer branding and passive candidate engagement is desirableKnowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes is advantageousAdditional InformationPlease upload your Resume, Cover Letter and any other supporting documentation where asked within your application.
