Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different departments• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate hiring stages with hiring managers• Create and publish job postings on recruitment platforms and social media• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs• Follow up on recruitment KPIs and hiring reports• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment• Experience in banking, financial institutions, or corporate hiring is a plus• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills• Good command of English and Arabic• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
