Applications without a recording will not be reviewed.We are hiring one Talent Acquisition Specialist to run Alba Talent's entire recruitment pipeline. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a US company that builds sales teams for IT and SaaS businesses. You work directly with the two founders. No layers, no bureaucracy.This is not a traditional HR role. You will be evaluated on three things: your ability to find strong candidates on Wuzzuf and LinkedIn, how you use AI tools in your daily work, and how fast you can move a candidate from sourced to placed.Compensation: $960 to $1,280 USD per month, paid via Wise. Performance bonuses of $100 to $200 per successful placement.What You Will DoSource candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, job boards, and professional networksScreen CVs and applications against Alba's Ideal Candidate ProfileConduct 4 to 6 video screening interviews per day (30 minutes each)Manage the full candidate pipeline in our CRM (Attio)Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the foundersWrite, post, and optimize job advertisements across multiple platformsUse AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and candidate outreachTrack candidate progression from sourced to placedProvide weekly pipeline reports and hiring metricsWhat We ProvideFull training on Alba's recruitment process, ICP, and toolsLinkedIn Recruiter accessCRM and ATS tools (Attio)Direct access to the founders for decision-makingClear KPIs so you always know what success looks likeHours and ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be speaking with candidates and clients in the US and UK who must understand every word effortlessly.1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR sourcing.Proven track record with local hiring platforms, especially Wuzzuf. You should know how to write posts that get applications, manage candidate pipelines, and navigate the platform like second nature.Proficient with AI tools for recruitment. You use AI to write better job posts, screen faster, source smarter, and improve your own performance. If you are not already using AI daily, this is not the right fit.Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator for candidate sourcing.Experience conducting remote video interviews.Comfortable with CRM/ATS tools.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), quiet workspace, and professional setup.Preferred Experience:Recruitment agency experience (high-volume, target-driven environments).B2B sales hiring experience (SDR, AE, closer profiles).Familiarity with UK and US job markets.Experience with Tally forms, Discord, or Cal.com.
