If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with hiring managers to attract the right people, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the hiring process.Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.Excellent interviewing and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Experience using ATS or HR systems is a plus.SkillsTalent SourcingInterviewing & AssessmentStakeholder ManagementCommunication SkillsTime ManagementNegotiation SkillsAttention to DetailData & Recruitment ReportingLocation: Mohandesin, Giza, EgyptIf you're interested, apply now or share this opportunity with someone who might be a great fit.
