Source potential candidates from various online channels, e.g. social media and professional platforms. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Schedule and conduct initial screening telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate with them for interviews with prospective applicants. Administer professional tests to prospective applicants Conduct background and reference checks. Gather information on market salaries to ensure competitive offers. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most appropriate way. Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions as assigned. Job Requirements: BSc in Human Resources Management, or relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role and at least 1 year of experience in mass hiring. Experience in the BPO industry is a plus. C1 English Level is a must. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. High ability to handle high-volume work efficiently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Good knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. Familiar with employment laws and regulations. Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and techniques. Understanding of referral programs
